    This covers understanding the workings of your brain. Why you have the thoughts that you do, how the brain processes thoughts and how you can make changes in your brain to have more positive and helpful thoughts

    This is an in-depth session on YOU and the thoughts that you have. We will look at the self-limiting beliefs, NATs, confirmation bias and cognitive distortions that run through your mind that need to be replaced.

    This week covers an introduction to The Key. What the key is and how you can use it to transform your thinking and your life. This powerful tool will be what you need to overhaul the beliefs that are holding you back.
